Every plan includes unlimited projects, assessments and report downloads, so you pay for the team, never per report.

Yes. Professional starts with a 30-day free trial with 3 seats, 3 clients, 3 projects, 5 assessments and 50 Lumi messages a day for each person. Enterprise has no trial and is billed from the day you subscribe. A free trial needs no card. Your paid plan starts when you pay for it. Paying ends the trial that day. Without payment, your workspace turns read-only when the trial ends and your work stays safe. Reports made during the trial carry a watermark, which goes once you subscribe. Our first 500 customers get the same trial of the Professional plan for 3 months instead, and their reports carry no watermark. There is no permanently free plan.

A seat is one person with their own login in your workspace, whatever their role: Admin, Engineer, Reviewer, Surveyor (who records site data on location) or Viewer. An invitation that is still pending holds a seat too. Professional has no seat minimum, and Enterprise starts at 5 seats. During the trial the workspace holds up to 3 seats, and you add more once you subscribe.

Both plans are available monthly or annually in the app. When an order is more than a card can pay in one charge, you pay it by bank transfer instead. Annual is the better value if lightning risk work is a steady part of your workload, and monthly suits a team still finding its volume.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect as soon as it is paid for, and an added seat is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. A downgrade or a seat reduction waits for your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for, and you can withdraw it before then. Your projects, assessments and reports stay as they are through any change.

You pay by card through Razorpay, monthly or annually, and the plan renews automatically until you cancel. A workspace with an Indian billing address pays in Indian rupees, with 18% GST added at checkout. Every other workspace pays in US dollars with no Indian tax. Every charge produces an invoice that shows the plan, the billing period, the number of seats and the amount. An Admin can download each invoice as a PDF from the Billing page in the portal, along with the full list of past invoices.

You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can change your mind until shortly before it ends. After that the workspace turns read-only: you can still sign in, open your projects and download reports, and an Admin can export everything, and an Engineer can export the projects assigned to them. Nothing new can be created until you subscribe again. Cancelling deletes nothing.
