Is there really no per-report charge?

Correct. Every plan runs unlimited projects and assessments and lets you download as many full and short PDF reports as you need. Your subscription is priced per seat, not output, so a busy month and a quiet month cost exactly the same.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You get 14 days of access with 2 seats, 3 projects, 5 assessments and 20 AI messages, and reports are watermarked until you subscribe. We take card details up front so the workspace carries on without interruption if you keep it, but you are not charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends at no cost.

What counts as a user?

A user is anyone with their own login in your workspace, engineers, reviewers and admins alike. Both Professional and Enterprise are priced per seat, so you add or remove seats as your team changes. Enterprise requires a minimum of 10 seats and includes white-labeling, SSO and priority support.

Should I pay monthly or annually?

Annual billing is charged at ten times the monthly per-seat price, so you get two months free versus paying month to month. Both options are available on every plan. Annual is the better value if you know lightning risk work is part of your steady workload.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you have paid for. Your projects, assessments and history stay intact across any change.

Do you charge sales tax or GST?

Every plan is billed in USD, worldwide. If your local tax law requires an additional levy (VAT, GST, sales tax), it is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. Every invoice is itemised so your accounts stay clean.

What happens to my work if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your reports and data at any time. We don't delete your workspace the moment you cancel, so you can come back without losing your project history.
