01 Overview
This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work on Lumex, operated by Webority Technologies Private Limited. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
02 Subscriptions & billing
Lumex subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in and renew automatically until cancelled. Each workspace includes a monthly free allowance; subscriptions and credit packs add capacity for branded reports and inspections. Fees are shown before purchase, are exclusive of taxes unless stated, and are processed through our payment provider, Razorpay, with GST-compliant invoicing and multi-currency support.
03 How to cancel
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings, or by writing to [email protected] from your registered address. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
04 Credits
Generating a final branded report or inspection consumes a credit; drafting, editing and recomputing are free. A credit is consumed only when the final output is generated. Purchased credit-pack balances do not expire.
05 Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, subscription fees and used credits are non-refundable. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period after cancellation, and unused credits are not refundable for cash. If you have been charged in error, or experienced a failed or duplicate payment, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and refund any charge that was genuinely made in error.
06 How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, a refund is typically initiated within 5–7 working days; the time for the amount to reach your account then depends on your bank or card issuer.
