Is there really no per-report charge?
Correct. Every plan runs unlimited assessments and lets you download as many Part 2 reports and Part 3 inspections as you need. Your subscription is priced on team size and capabilities, not output, so a busy month and a quiet month cost exactly the same.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days. We take card details up front so the workspace converts seamlessly if you keep it, but you are not charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends at no cost. It is a real working trial, not a limited demo.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone with their own login in your workspace, engineers, reviewers and admins alike. Plans include a set number of seats (1 on Solo, 5 on Practice, 15 on Firm). Need more than a tier allows? Move up a tier, or talk to us about Enterprise for unlimited seats.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Annual billing is charged at eleven times the monthly price, so you get one month free versus paying month to month. Both options are available on every plan; use the toggle above to compare. Annual is the better value if you know lightning risk work is part of your steady workload.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep what you have paid for. Your projects, assessments and history stay intact across any change.
Do you charge GST?
Indian customers get a GST invoice for every billing cycle. Customers outside India are not charged GST and are billed in USD, GBP, EUR or AED. Every invoice is itemised so your accounts stay clean.
What happens to my work if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your reports and data at any time. We don't delete your workspace the moment you cancel, so you can come back without losing your project history.
